New Year, New Laws Kick In…Is this TEOTWAWKI for Airsoft?

Just another New Year’s Day, or a ‘date which will live in infamy?’  We guess that depends on what you THINK will happen when California’s long-fought and long-dreaded SB 199 takes effect.  And, what legal-beagles in the Golden State might start doing to enforce that law.

So, some of the forward leaning folks in America’s Airsoft Industry…SoCal being the heart of most of the USA’s import HQ for guns, gear and goodies across the Pacific…have been pro-actively prepping for January One.

Also spreading the word, several of the USA’s top Airsoft companies posted up links, videos and social media posts.

Valken Airsoft posted a trifecta of videos on their YouTube Channel; 2 on their understanding of the requirements California retailers and gun owners will need to take for rifles and pistols, as well as a third video on New York State’s changed requirements as well…
