BREAKING: Jacksonville, Florida – Police shoot and injure a teen overnight when he reached into waistband and pulled out airsoft pistol..after a neighbor reported seeing him shooting on a street at night and also shooting at windows. Â “Diminished mental capacity” say cops…and press conferences already set for Saturday morning….
